A somatic New Year's retreat

This space is about warmth, the felt sense, our deep tissue, shedding our imaginative skin and connecting with our aspirations.

We will invite the new year and let go of what is passing.

We will get in touch with ourselves, with each other and with mother earth.

In a small group of women we will dive into nourishing bodywork, held in a circle of women.

Together we'll move, rest, sit in stillness, make things with our hands, share long meals, and welcome the new year with ritual, play, and dance. There's nothing to perform or fix, only time to arrive in your body, be held by good company, and see what wants to come with you into the year ahead.
